We believe it is our responsibility to provide efficient, caring customer service. We usually process orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays. We will mark package as sample or gift, customers won't be charged any tax or customs.
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the next business day after your payment is verified excluding weekends and holidays.
The standard shipping method to US is United States postal service, delivery time normally takes arround 8-15 business days. Shipping to other worldwide countries is Singapore Post Registered airmail or Hong Kong Post Registered airmail service. If you need other more fast delivery modes, such as DHL, UPS, Please leave a remark as "instructions to merchant" on Paypal or email us before order dispatch out.
Please note that we ship to worldwide countries include PO (Post Office) Boxes, APO (Military) Boxes or FPO (Foreign) Boxes.

Delays and Denial of Service
Seasonal demand (Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas), bad weather and irresistible incident may cause a slight delay in the despatch of your order.
Please allow extra time for delivery.
We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail.

Our postage rates include the expenses of shipping, handling fees and high-quality packaging, which are charged based on weight and size of the goods, delivery destination and its retail value.
We ship to worldwide countries, standard shipping fee is USD 6.00 per item.
If your order has a time deadline, please leave a remark as "instructions to merchant" on Paypal, we will do our best to meet this deadline or inform you of what schedule that we are able to meet.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedures
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA for processing. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to obtain approval as well as the RMA. RMA are only valid for thirty (30) days (postmarked by or carrier posted by the 30th day).
2. Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
3. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
4. Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products that you purchased from us must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
5. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if they want to return the product for any reason.
6. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or filling out the Application.. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
7. All returns for refund have a 25% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date. In addition we do not refund the shipping fee.
Software may not be returned for a refund or credit. Any warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer.
We reserve the right to refer you directly to the manufacturer for all service.
