Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedures
All returns must follow the procedures below:

Obtain an RMA Number: All returns must have an RMA for processing. Please email us at info@usalaptopbattery.com to obtain approval and your RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days (must be postmarked or carrier-collected by the 30th day).

Include RMA on the Outside of the Package: The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Ship Within Thirty (30) Days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Repack in Original Packaging: Enclose everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes, packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Costs: It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, when returning the product for any reason.

RMA Requirement: All items returned for any reason must be accompanied by a valid RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will be delayed or may be ignored.

Restocking Fee and Refund Deadline: All returns for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date. In addition, we do not refund the original shipping fee.
Software Products
Software may not be returned for a refund or credit. Any warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer Warranty
We reserve the right to refer you directly to the manufacturer for all service.
